Great company! I worked with Josh and hist team and it was nothing but amazing. I purchased a house from them and josh worked with his attorney and title company to make sure that the house doesn’t go to foreclosure. Without the help of josh and his team the bank would have foreclosed on his house. Not many companies can stop foreclosure the day before the auction and not many companies care about their buyers and sellers AFTER the transaction is done. I was dealing with a nasty landlord named Ron Flatt. Who was asking for more money then was agreed upon. Then Zack and Josh stepped in and kept Ron from keeping my big deposit we put on the house. Ron was still asking for money after the house was already sold and Josh politely asked him to stop harassing me because he still owed me back money. They actually CARE about their clients and are not just in it for the money. They were able to help a couple of family members of mine in numerous ways. First with an amazing apartment to 2 family members who have been working to get back on their feet, and second with a family member that experienced some damage during the recent Winter Storm that hit Texas.
